What if I want to buy something from one of your other web stores as well, do I have to check out at each store individually?
Nope! Each store has its own website, but ALL of them use the same shopping cart so you can get something from each one of our stores and only worry about checking out once! Perfectly simple!

I came into your store and saw something I wanted to order but I can't seem to find it on your website. Is there any way I can order it and have it shipped to me?
Yes! Just send us an email at this address macropolollc@aol.com letting us know, in as much detail as possible, what it is you would like to purchase. After someone has checked to make sure it is still in stock, they will either email or call you back with the total it will cost to purchase and ship the items and obtain payment. It is MUCH easier for you to email us than to call since the stores can get rather hectic. In your email please supply the following information:

1) A detailed description of the product
2) A phone number to contact you for clarification or to obtain credit card information
3) Your full name
4) The shipping address - this helps us figure out shipping costs

Can I return purchases bought on your website?
We will gladly allow you to exchange your products for anything on any one of our stores, or get store credit on your account. We don't return your money back to you though.

What sort of credit cards do you accept as payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express for payment in our stores and online.

Why doesn't your site let me know if something is backordered?
We try our best to make sure that the site has only the products that we are able to ship immeadiately, however some things slip through the cracks. If this is the case, we will let you know ASAP and allow you the option to cancel your order or wait until it comes in.
